ONGOING SUPPORT

All ongoing support is provided via the Voxer app. If you do not have this app, you will need to download it from the app store for free. This is a voice app similar to a walkie talkie. You can record any questions or thoughts you have throughout the day and this will be checked twice per day by Kalli, Monday to Friday, between 10am and 4pm.

INVOICES & PAYMENT

The coaching month starts from the day of the payment of the invoice (unless you choose to pay for 3 months up front, then it is ongoing for those three months). There are no refunds once invoices are paid.


RESCHEDULLING OR CANCELLING

To reschedule or cancel your one to one session, 48 hours notice is required. All sessions must be used within the paid coaching month and can not be rescheduled outside of this window.
